Targetspot has reached an agreement with sports broadcaster, Radio MARCA, for the commercialization of its streaming and podcast entities, both in Spanish and international markets.
This announcement coincides with the celebration of the European Football Championship, and a high level of focus on the Spanish national team. This partnership will help commercialize Radio MARCA’s extensive streaming and podcast inventory. Radio MARCA is the only national Spanish radio station dedicated exclusively to sports. Its listeners aren’t just sports fans, they are also people looking for a healthier lifestyle.
With over 1.8M monthly site visits, 1.6M unique monthly listeners (1+ minutes) and more than 400,000 podcast downloads per month, MARCA is undoubtedly the leader in sports content in Spain. Some key titles are La Tribu, Sara Carbonero with Vicente Ortega and the motoring section of Antonio Lobato.
The agreement also covers global inventory. Advertisers can benefit from this inventory across the United Kingdom, France and the United States, where sports radio commands a similarly strong audience.
