Hanaë and Michael set the pace for digital audio

All over the world, men and women are driving the digital audio revolution. At Targetspot, these talents are recognised and can grow naturally within the AudioValley Group. Let’s look at two remarkable careers – Michael and Hanaë.

Hanaë Schoofs is Belgian. After graduating in marketing, she went into the retail sector and joined the Distriplus Group. Her internship was successful and she quickly became assistant purchasing manager. In October 2018, she was recruited by Targetspot in a field that was completely new to her – digital audio. Quite a change of track but she definitely hit the ground running! Having started out as a campaign manager, she was promoted to Programmatic Manager for Europe in April 2021.

 

Born and raised in New York, Michael Orfaly joined Targetspot in 2019 after two years as SmartAudio media planner at iHeartMedia. The Tulane University communications graduate began his career as a Client Strategist. His exceptional talent led to a promotion in April 2021 to Strategic Planning & Partnerships Manager for North America.

 

The two overlapping trajectories on both sides of the Atlantic do not surprise Romain Bonfill, HR director of the AudioValley Group: “Here are two young people with immense potential, whose career paths are exemplary and who prove the importance we attach to valuing our employees, which is embodied here in a logic of mobility and internal promotion driven by achievement.”

 

In this video, Michael and Hanaë each explain their role, their mission and their experiences since joining Targetspot, a division of the AudioValley Group, a Belgian company that is a leader in the field of digital audio.
