Mitch Kline
Co-CEO
Mitch brings to TargetSpot over 25 years of advertising sales experience. He has held key leadership roles in the radio, media, and entertainment sectors, most recently serving as Executive Vice President and Director of Sales for Univision Radio, the largest Hispanic radio group in the United States. There, he oversaw all of Univision’s Network, National Spot, and Local sales. Mitch supervised 270 sellers and 100 managers across the country and was a contributor to several of the company’s key strategic initiatives. Prior to that, he spent 19 years with Katz Media Group, where he held several senior sales management positions. During this time, he helped develop Katz’s first digital business unit, and oversaw the training of over 200 key sales personnel nationwide. Additionally, Mitch managed the rep firms Amcast and Banner Radio.
Mitch earned both a BA and an MA in Telecommunications from Michigan State University.

Leigh Newsome
Co-CEO
Leigh Newsome is a senior technology executive with 17 years of experience innovating products in the digital media industry. Previously, Leigh was SVP, Technology for Kantar Video, a division of WPP, focusing on video analytics and audience measurement. Prior to that he was SVP, Product at a mobile video company and CTO/Co-founder of Airspun Inc, an online audio company syndicating ads to radio networks. Leigh also held senior technical management positions at Digidesign (Avid Technology), an Academy Award winning hardware and software manufacturer in the audio and video industry.
Leigh holds granted patents in media and mobile ad serving technologies. He was a former consultant to Apple, for whom he developed a streaming media web application for the first generation iPhone. As an Adjunct Professor at New York University, he teaches a graduate course on audio application development for web and mobile devices. Leigh holds a BA in Psychology from San Jose State University.

David Kert
Vice President Sales, East
David Kert is an experienced digital media executive with more than 13 years of experience in sales, management, business development, and law.
Most recently, David worked with founders and CEOs of emerging digital companies as a legal and business advisor. Prior to that, David spent ten years at UGO Entertainment, a branded online entertainment network, where he brought brand advertising solutions to blue chip companies such as Coca Cola, AT&T, Warner Bros. and P&G. David’s work in managing company resources and growing advertising revenue helped lead to the acquisition of UGO Entertainment by Hearst Digital Media.
David received his JD from New York Law School where he focused on intellectual property, electronic media, and contract law. He holds a BA in Marketing from the University of Maryland, College Park.

Elizabeth Pardieu
Vice President, Publisher Development
Elizabeth brings a variety of experience to TargetSpot, on all ends of the digital spectrum. From web and interactive design to project management to sales, Elizabeth has spent more than seven years developing her knowledge of the digital space. In her prior roles, Elizabeth negotiated key relationships across multiple verticals, including Health Care, Financial Services, Fashion and Beauty and Consumer Packaged Goods. Most recently while at the Observer Media Group, Elizabeth focused on creation of a political content product and the surrounding custom advertiser solutions for the 2008 election cycle.
Elizabeth holds an B.B.A. in Computer Information Systems from the Zicklin School of Business, Baruch College.

Ryan Dilworth
Vice President, Sales Operations
Ryan is an authority in online audio trafficking, bringing more than five years of digital audio-specific experience to TargetSpot. Ryan joined TargetSpot from Ronning Lipset Radio, where he oversaw traffic operations, successfully delivering online audio campaigns for Fortune 500 advertisers by working with affiliates such as AOL Radio, Yahoo Launchcast, Live 365, Clear Channel Radio and CBS Radio.
Ryan graduated with honors from Queens College, with a BA in Studio Art.
