TargetSpot is a self-service platform for Internet Radio advertising with self being the operative word. While we are more than happy to answer any questions you may have about the service and will assist you when necessary, we are not responsible for managing or monitoring your advertising Campaigns, including: 

• Creating your Campaign(s)
• Editing your Campaign(s)
• Creating your Ad Unit(s)
• Editing your Ad Unit(s)
• Creating your Report(s)
• Editing your Report(s)
• Making sure your Campaign(s) are delivering enough Impressions
• Monitoring your Campaign spending
• Keeping your Account funded to ensure your Campaign(s) continue to run
• Monitoring all Account-related billing transactions
• Resetting your Account password
• Keeping your billing information accurate and up-to-date

All of the above responsibilities are yours and yours only.

You can reset your password by clicking on the blue 'Forgot Your Password?'link located on the Dashboard screen. It can also be accessed directly by going to https://www.targetspot.com/admin/lost_password.php.

The Reset your Password screen will appear. In the space provided, enter the same email address you used when creating your TargetSpot Account. Click the orange Continue button when done.

You will then see a message indicating that instruction for resetting your password have been emailed to the address you entered. When the email arrives in your inbox, click on the link provided and then follow the directions to complete the password reset process.

Our support policy is as follows:

• Advertisers that have an average Acount Balance of less than $2,500 are only entitled to email support (9am-8pm, Mon-Fri).
• Advertisers who have an average Account Balance of more than $2,500 are entitled to both email and limited phone support (9am-5pm, Mon-Fri).
• Advertisers who have a dedicated TargetSpot Account Representative to manage their Campaigns may contact their representative directly via email or phone.

We guarantee a response within 24 hours on business days. Most emails are responded to within 2-4 hours.

TargetSpot provides email support for its advertisers between 9am and 7pm (M-F). You can reach our support staff one of two ways:

1. Click on the Support button that is located at the top of every page of TargetSpot. This will launch a pop up window that allows you to specify your problem or issue. Furthermore, it gives you the option to direct your particular issue to the right place – e.g. technical, creative, sales, billing, etc.

We recommend this option whenever possible because it will also automatically pass along important information regarding you and your TargetSpot Account to our support staff so they may better assist you.

2. Send an email to support@targetspot.com that describes your issue or problem. If you use this option, please include your TargetSpot Account ID, which is located at the top of every page when you’re signed into TargetSpot so we can better assist you.
