Our Reporting system is very flexible and allows you to view custom Reports using any date range and that contain any Campaign-related information you wish to include (or exclude). Because of this, it's also possible to create a Report that contains outdated information.
For example:
You created a Report that looks at the Impression data for Campaign 'XYZ' for 03/01/2009 through 04/01/2009. This Report will only show information for between the start of March and the start of February. However, if you look at the Report in May, it will now contain old data.
Similarly, in June, you may create a Report that looks at Impression data for Campaign '123' but in July, you decide to focus your advertising efforts on Campaign '456' and stop Campaign '123'. Thus, the Report data on Campaign '123' will be old because it is no longer running.
To insure that your Reports always contain updated information on your Campaign activity, try the following:
- Check to see if the dates in your Campaign Reports are set to dates that are current and not dates in the past.
- Check to make sure your Reports actually include the Campaign or Campaigns that you wish to keep track of.
- Create a Report with a long-term date range - e.g., All Time or a period set far into the future. This will allow you to capture future Campaign activity as well as what occurred in the past.
