Doug Perlson, CEO/Co-Founder

As the co-founder and CEO of TargetSpot, Doug oversees the largest internet radio advertising network and leading online audio technology platform. An online marketing veteran, Doug previously served as Chief Operating Officer of Seevast, Inc. which operates marketing services companies Kanoodle, Pulse 360 and Moniker. While at Seevast, Doug was responsible for the management of their automated content and affiliate networks, the search division, the relevancy/editorial department, domain monetization, and all product development and management. In addition, Doug led Seevast's corporate development efforts and sourced, diligenced and closed two major acquisitions.

Before joining Seevast, Doug was Senior Vice President, Partner Development and Operations for About.com. While there, he helped grow the Luna Network, a start up ad network later merged into Sprinks, which was acquired by Google. Doug also has founded and consulted to several online and traditional small businesses. He is a licensed attorney, with a J.D. from Emory University School of Law and a B.A. from the State University of New York at Albany.

Doug has received numerous recognitions in his leadership role at TargetSpot, including Inside Radio's "Seven Changing Radio Now," Radio-Info.com's "Radio's Innovators" and a Silicon Alley Insider's Up and Coming Media 100.

Andrew Eisele, CFO/COO

Andrew Eisele is the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of TargetSpot, Inc. Before joining TargetSpot, Andrew was Senior Director of Business Development at Associated Content, a leading online publisher and provider of multimedia content. Andrew was previously at About.com from shortly after launch, through its initial public offering and eventual acquisition by Primedia. At About.com, Andrew's responsibilities as Vice President, Partner/Product Development included managing Sprinks, a contextually-targeted pay-per-click network, and the Luna Network, an advertising network of over 500 independent niche partner websites.

Andrew holds an M.B.A. in Finance/International Business from New York University and a B.S. in Management from Binghamton University.

Eric Ronning, co-President of Sales

Eric Ronning joined TargetSpot from RL Radio where he was co-founder and Managing Partner. Eric previously served for four years as an Executive Director at Yahoo!, where he led a team responsible for successfully building Yahoo!'s reputation and market share with advertising agencies and Fortune 500 company clients. Prior to that, he served as Regional Vice President for Clear Channel National Radio Sales/Interep Radio in the Southeast region, as well as working as VP/Director of Sales for D&R Radio/Interep and Sales Manager for Blair Radio/Katz Media in Los Angeles.

Andy Lipset, co-President of Sales

Andy Lipset, an 18 year media sales and management veteran, joined TargetSpot from RL Radio, where he was co-founder and Managing Partner. Previously, Andy served as Director of Sales for AOL Music, where he worked with marketers to create programs centered on the company's Music and Radio properties. He also worked as Vice President/ Director of Sales for the New York office of D&R Radio, an Interep company. While at D&R, Mr. Lipset guided the company's largest office and helped lead the company to a position as the firm leader in the radio rep business. Mr. Lipset has also worked as an Account Executive at leading radio advertising firms such as Hillier, Newmark, Wechsler and Howard Radio Sales/Interep.

Roger Schnur, SVP Sales

Prior to joining TargetSpot, Roger worked at top traditional and online media outlets, including serving as a co-founder and Senior Vice President of Premiere Radio Networks, which he helped launch from a start-up to an IPO to its eventual $190 million sale to Jacor Communications in 1998 (now owned by Clear Channel). Roger joins TargetSpot, Inc. after serving as President of CDH Enterprises, an operator of several web stores that offer a simple purchase process for high demand but not readily accessible products. Previous to his work at the CDH, Roger served as President of Independent Radio, Inc. a media consulting firm providing advice for direct response initiatives for product marketers. Roger also worked as an account executive for Westwood One Radio Networks.

Ari Feldman, VP of Product

As TargetSpot's VP of Product, Ari is responsible for defining and enhancing the functionality for TargetSpot's various systems and managing its product roadmap. Since 1995, Ari has held various Internet-related positions at Heavy.com, Oddcast, the Cabletelevision Advertising Bureau, Columbia House, Simon & Schuster, iVillage, the ad-sponsored game startup ZapSpot and ad agency heavyweights Wunderman Cato Johnson, Ammirati Puris Lintas and kirshenbaum bond + partners.

In addition to his interactive work, Ari is also a skilled pixel artist and also wrote a 504 page book called "Designing Arcade Computer Game Graphics" (ISBN: 1-55622-755-8) back in 2000. When not playing Gregor Samsa or Annie Sullivan at work, Ari likes to spend quality time with his wife.

Skyler Shepard, VP of Technology

Skyler brings 12+ years in technology (with an emphasis on music technology) to his role as VP of Technology at TargetSpot. His background in technical management, strategy and digital media expertise includes roles at IODA, Oddcast and Index Newspapers. Skyler graduated with a BS in Computer Science from Trinity College in Hartford, CT and lives downtown in NYC.

Elena Perez, Director of Marketing

Elena brings more than 10 years' experience in digital media and marketing to her role in marketing for TargetSpot. Elena's internet career started at DoubleClick, where as Director of Education Services she introduced hundreds of new and traditional businesses to the world of online advertising. Elena also served as Marketing Director of the The FeedRoom, a pioneer in internet video streaming solutions for media companies and corporate communications. While there, Elena also developed online video content for Fortune 500 companies, including original business "reality" programming. Elena has worked as marketing consultant and copywriter for various e-commerce sites and small businesses. She lives in the Lower East Side and writes creatively in her spare time.

Mike Dudas, Director of Business Development

Mike is responsible for growing TargetSpot's distribution partner network by developing and managing relationships with radio, online music, mobile and streaming technology companies.  Mike joined TargetSpot from Kaplan, where he was a Manager of Strategy.  He has previously worked in Disney's Corporate Strategic Planning and Development group as well as at MTV Networks.  Mike received his BA from Stanford University and MBA from the Kellogg School of Management.
