Eyal Goldwerger is a seasoned entrepreneur with diverse experience leading technology ventures in a variety of industries. Most recently, he was Chief Executive Officer of XMPie Inc., a software company providing marketing applications to enterprises, agencies and commercial printers. Eyal led XMPie through rapid growth up to its successful acquisition by Xerox Corporation. Prior to that, Eyal held various leadership positions, serving as EVP Consumer Products & Distribution at a contextual online advertising network, and was Founder and CEO of GoCargo.com, an Internet-based global trading system for container shipping capacity. Previously, he was a consultant at The Boston Consulting Group in New York.
Eyal is a Board Member at Galil Software, which provides R&D and QA outsourcing services in a wide range of domains. He holds an MBA from INSEAD, and a B.A. in Economics, Rector's Honor, from Tel Aviv University.
Allen Baum, a 17 year internet/media sales and business development veteran, joined TargetSpot from Slacker personal internet radio where he was Chief Revenue Officer and responsible for all advertising sales. Previously, Baum was the Chief Revenue Officer at Ruckus, a college music service that was sold to Universal Music and Sony/BMG. He has held lead management positions at The Health Central Network, Quigo Technologies and Miva. Baum served as Director of Corporate Development at Lycos from the inception of the company, where he was the top revenue producer creating an excess of $200M in partnerships which helped lead to the sale of Lycos to Terra Networks in 2000 for $5.4b. He started in the media industry as an Account Executive at Westwood One and has a sales/research background from Katz Media and Seltel.
Baum graduated with a BS from SUNY at Albany and currently lives in East Hills, NY with his wife and 2 kids.
Amy Becker is an accomplished marketing executive with more than 15 years of experience in the digital, traditional consumer packaged goods and agency arenas. She has extensive background building brands, driving awareness and generating media exposure. Most recently, Amy was an Executive Director of Sales Development at AOL where she created strategic advertising relationships with a roster of blue chip marketers and crafted monetization strategy across multiple content verticals including Women's Services, Health and Retail. Prior to AOL Amy held positions at Kozmo.com, Colgate-Palmolive and Ogilvy PR.
Amy holds an MBA in Marketing, and Management and Strategy from the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University and a BA in Government from Cornell University.
Andy Lipset, an 18 year media sales and management veteran, joined TargetSpot from RL Radio, where he was co-founder and Managing Partner. Previously, Andy served as Director of Sales for AOL Music, where he worked with marketers to create programs centered on the company's Music and Radio properties. He also worked as Vice President/ Director of Sales for the New York office of D&R Radio, an Interep company. While at D&R, Mr. Lipset guided the company's largest office and helped lead the company to a position as the firm leader in the radio rep business. Mr. Lipset has also worked as an Account Executive at leading radio advertising firms such as Hillier, Newmark, Wechsler and Howard Radio Sales/Interep.
Jeff's penchant for playing with new technologies has led him to 15 years of development of exciting products in new media. At the beginning of his career he spent three years as a software developer for the newly launched NYTimes.com. In 1999, Jeff joined Net Technologies, a startup building a telephony to streaming media platform. Jeff continued his career at Wimba - then known as HorizonLive - a collaborative learning software company. As a senior manager at Wimba, Jeff led several development teams working on a range of the company's products and was a member of the company's product strategy team. Most recently, Jeff was Vice President, Technology for Healogica - a startup using social media and an easy-to-use matching engine to help increase patient awareness and participation in clinical research studies. Jeff O'Connell earned his BA with a concentration in Religion from Colgate University.
Eric Ronning joined TargetSpot from RL Radio where he was co-founder and Managing Partner. Eric previously served for four years as an Executive Director at Yahoo!, where he led a team responsible for successfully building Yahoo!'s reputation and market share with advertising agencies and Fortune 500 company clients. Prior to that, he served as Regional Vice President for Clear Channel National Radio Sales/Interep Radio in the Southeast region, as well as working as VP/Director of Sales for D&R Radio/Interep and Sales Manager for Blair Radio/Katz Media in Los Angeles.
Bennett Theimann is a senior media executive with over 15 years experience in finance, operations, procurement and general management, as well as strategic planning and business development.
Between 2005 and 2010, Bennett held positions as SVP/Chief Procurement Officer at Hachette Filipacchi Media U.S. and Chief Financial Officer of Cellfish Media, both New York based subsidiaries of Lagardere Active, Paris, France. Before that he was President designate/Acquisition Project Leader for Axel Springer, a major European media group.
From 1993 to 2003, Bennett spent ten years at Gruner+Jahr, a division of Bertelsmann. Starting his career in the Office of the President of the German Magazine division in Hamburg, Germany, he became Deputy Director of the International Magazine Division in 1996, moving to Paris, France. In 1997, he joined Gruner+Jahr USA Publishing in New York as Director of Financial Planning and subsequently held positions as VP of Business Development and VP/General Manager of the Business Innovator Group.
Bennett holds an M.B.A. in Finance & Investments from the Zicklin School of Business, Baruch College and an M.A. in Economics from the University of Paris-IX-Dauphine.
