Manager - Self Service

In addition to having a direct sales force for agencies and large scale clients, TargetSpot provides smaller advertisers with a Self Service platform. This Self Service platform delivers an affordable 24/7 turnkey solution for advertisers to create, launch and track the budget and performance of internet radio ads with precise targeting by location, time of day and format.

We are looking for a smart, energetic and hardworking individual to be our Self Service Manager. The ideal candidate will possess a fun, positive, energetic attitude and thrive in a fast-paced work environment. This person should be highly analytical, detail-oriented, with a track record of success in the management and execution of profitable customer acquisition marketing programs.

Position Description:

The Self Service Manager will be responsible for the development and execution of multiple online programs with focus on SEO, SEM and display advertising as well as other marketing programs including partnerships and traditional print that are designed to generate qualified leads for our Self Service business. They will have full responsibility for managing the implementation of all programs, including working effectively with Creative and Operations teams as applicable. The Self Service Manager will provide in-depth analysis of program performance across key operational and financial metrics. This position requires a creative thinker who can apply their marketing, analytical and project management skills in a highly self-directed environment to manage the Self Service business.

Required Skills/Experience:

This Self Service Manager will have direct hands-on experience in customer acquisition that includes most of the following:

  • Extensive online direct marketing and media buying experience including SEO, SEM and display
  • Proven track record testing and launching new advertising campaign creative and landing pages utilizing Google Analytics
  • Analytical thinker with excellent quantitative and superior problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented and comfortable with a fast-paced environment
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to articulate ideas clearly in oral and written communication
  • Clear understanding of ROI analysis
  • Webmaster experience a plus
