TargetSpot Adds Roger Schnur as Senior Vice President for Sales

Veteran media and sales executive was a co-founder of Premiere Radio Networks and operator of online sales and direct response marketing companies

New York, NY (February 4, 2008) Growing its team of top radio, technology and marketing veterans, streaming media advertising platform TargetSpot Inc. announced that Roger Schnur has joined the company as Senior Vice President in charge of sales.

Mr. Schnur has worked at top traditional and online media outlets, including serving as a co-founder and Senior Vice President of Premiere Radio Networks, which he helped launch from a start-up to an IPO to its eventual $190 million sale to Jacor Communications in 1998 (now owned by Clear Channel).

Mr. Schnur joins TargetSpot, Inc. after serving as President of CDH Enterprises, an operator of several web stores that offer a simple purchase process for high demand but not readily accessible products. While at CDH, Mr. Schnur focused on the extensive use of online advertising, marketing and search engine optimization for clients. He also oversaw software development of control panels that can create and manage an unlimited number of fully functional online stores for the purpose of selling goods both domestically and internationally in multiple languages.

"Roger has a great body of work in a number of complimentary fields. His experience in all aspects of radio, technology and both traditional and interactive marketing will be a boon to TargetSpot," said TargetSpot CEO Doug Perlson. "It is a rare sales executive that has experience in both traditional and interactive media, and has been on both the sell and buy side of the process. We couldn't be more excited to have Roger join the team."

Previous to his work at the CDH, Mr. Schnur served as President of Independent Radio, Inc. a media consulting firm providing advice for direct response initiatives for product marketers. He led a team of 15 employees in writing, producing, and supervising the creation of commercials, as well as planning and negotiating media for Radio, TV, Print, and Newspaper. Mr. Schnur also developed proprietary online reporting software for daily analysis of direct response advertising performance.

Mr. Schnur also worked as an account executive for Westwood One Radio Networks.

"TargetSpot has created a great platform for advertisers looking to take advantage of both the explosive growth in listeners in the streaming media space and the ability to use targeted marketing to achieve their sales goals. It is clear that streaming media will be the next big growth area for both media companies and advertisers," said Mr. Schnur.

TargetSpot has already partnered with over 500 stations nationwide. It is already working with CBS Radio and Entercom Communications Corp, two of the top five broadcasters in the nation, as well as several pioneers of internet radio, and a number of web 2.0 music service innovators.

TargetSpot's patent pending technology allows businesses of all sizes to create, buy and place their own advertising messages within streaming media. Using TargetSpot's online ad platform, advertisers can create cost-effective customized audio, video, banner and text ads with an array of jingles, sound effects and visuals provided by TargetSpot. Clients can also upload their current creative directly into their TargetSpot account. Ads are then targeted to a specific demographic, location (down to the zip code) and/or station.

Campaign costs vary, with advertising revenue being shared between TargetSpot and the participating broadcaster. Advertisers can open a TargetSpot account with as little as $50.
