Fred Wilson

Fred Wilson is an active early stage investor and blogger. He has been a venture capitalist since 1987. Fred is currently is a managing partner at Union Square Ventures, http://usv.com, and also founded Flatiron Partners. He has a Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering from MIT and an MBA from The Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania. Jordan Bettman

Principal, Bain Capital Ventures

Jordan joined Bain Capital Ventures in 2008.  Since that time, Jordan has worked on both early-stage and growth-equity investments in a variety of industries, including data services, marketing services, financial services and technology, and digital media.  He has also worked closely with numerous portfolio companies on senior level recruiting, strategic planning, business development, and company exits.  Prior to joining Bain Capital Ventures, Jordan was an associate consultant at Bain & Company, focusing on a number of strategic and operational issues for clients across a handful of sectors. He also worked in Bain & Company’s Private Equity Group, performing diligence on multi-billion dollar companies.

Jordan received a BS in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University – GO BIG RED – and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Marc DeBevoise

Executive Vice President and General Manager – Entertainment, News & Sports, CBS Interactive

Marc DeBevoise is the Executive Vice President and General Manager of CBS Interactive’s Entertainment, News and Sports division. In this role, he oversees CBSi’s leading sites including CBS.com, CBSNews.com and CBSSports.com.DeBevoise is also responsible for CBSi’s digital content distribution strategies, and the development of both original and show-based digital video content, applications and games.

DeBevoise joined CBSi from premium subscription service Starz, where he was the Senior Vice President of Digital Media, Business Development and Strategy.  Prior to joining Starz, he held various roles at NBC Universal, in both Digital Media and Business Development, and worked in the Technology, Media & Telecommunications Investment Banking Group at JPMorgan.

Marc received his M.B.A. with distinction in Entertainment, Media & Technology and Finance from New York University’s Stern School of Business and his B.A. in Economics and Computer Science from Tufts University. He lives in New York City along with his wife and their two children.

Bryon Rubin

Senior Vice President, Corporate Development CBS Corporation

Bryon Rubin serves as Senior Vice President, Corporate Development at CBS Corporation. He is responsible for company-wide M&A activity at CBS. Rubin, who has been with CBS for 13 years, has served in various roles within the company including Chief Financial Officer of the CBS Interactive Group prior to the acquisition of CNET.

Prior to joining CBS, Bryon worked in Investment Banking and Public Accounting. Rubin earned a Bachelors of Science degree at Lehigh University and a Masters in Business Administration at the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Eyal Goldwerger

Advisor to the Board

Eyal Goldwerger is a seasoned entrepreneur with diverse experience leading technology ventures in a variety of industries. As Chief Executive Officer of TargetSpot from July 2009 to April 2013, Eyal has led the company to become the largest digital audio advertising network. Previously, he was Chief Executive Officer of XMPie Inc., a software company providing marketing applications to enterprises, agencies and commercial printers.  Eyal led XMPie through rapid growth up to its successful acquisition by Xerox Corporation. Prior to that, Eyal held various leadership positions, serving as EVP Consumer Products & Distribution at a contextual online advertising network, and was Founder and CEO of GoCargo.com, an Internet-based global trading system for container shipping capacity. And prior to that, he was a consultant at The Boston Consulting Group in New York.

Eyal is a Mentor at TechStars and an Advisor at First Growth Venture Network, as well as an angel investor in technology startups. He is a Board Member at Galil Software, which provides R&D and QA outsourcing services in a wide range of domains.

Eyal holds an MBA from INSEAD, and a B.A. in Economics, Rector’s Honor, from Tel Aviv University.
